INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until completely dissolved. Proceed with caution, adequate quantities need to be mixed for the hydrogel technology to work. The contents are designed to be mixed with water with a calcium content of less than 40 mg/L. Higher levels of calcium may affect its dissolution. You can consume the drink before, during and/or after physical activity.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Drink Mix 160 is a drink with hydrogel technology applied. When the powder is mixed with water, a sports drink is created that contains a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The sports drink instantly turns into a hydrogel when it comes into contact with stomach acid. The hydrogel allows the drink to be quickly and fluidly transported to the intestine, where the water, salt and carbohydrates are quickly absorbed.
